Well Cottage is one end of our typical Charentais farmhouse and as the name suggests is adjacent to a very deep well which belongs to the commune of La Bigorre (the well is secure for children).  There are three large bedrooms, one double, one twin (on the ground floor) and one with four singles,  which convert to bunks if required. 
There is a a toilet and washbasin upstairs.  Downstairs there is a separate toilet and  a bathroom with a bath with shower over and a separate walk-in shower , We have just installed a new, fully equipped kitchen into the kitchen/dining room  (5metres square) which interconnects with an equally large sitting room through very wide French doors.  

Also downstairs is a twin bedroom, which, being on the same floor as the kitchen and bathroom, makes an ideal holiday home to share with grandparents or anyone who does not wish to climb the stairs!

Well Cottage is a very spacious house in all respects.
