Well Cottage
Well Cottage is one end of our typical Charentais farmhouse and, as the name suggests, is adjacent to secure, former well which belongs to the commune of La Bigorre.
Layout
Downstairs comprises a spacious living area which looks out onto the main gardens. Wide French doors open into the large kitchen / dining room with wood burning stove. The main bathroom is located downstairs, comprising bath with over-shower, toilet, basin and separate walk-in shower. There is also a separate toilet next door.
Through the kitchen and overlooking the private terrace area is the second double bedroom, making it ideal for grandparents or those less able to manage stairs.
Upstairs are the master and children’s bedrooms, as well as an en suite toilet and washbasin.
An interconnecting door from the hallway can be unlocked to join with the Farmhouse for larger groups, if desired.
