Booking Form

Please read the booking terms and conditions.  We will confirm your booking upon receipt of this form and your 25% deposit.  The balance will be due two months before the start of your holiday. 

Please note this booking form includes details on non-French nationals that we are required to collect on behalf of the local police and must be completed according to article R. 611-42 of Code of Entry and Stay of Aliens and of the Right of Asylum.

Nationality (non-French nationals only) / Nationalité (uniquement pour les ressortissants non français)
Date & Place of birth (non-French nationals only) / Date et lieu de naissance (uniquement pour les non-Français) – liste ‘Français’
Full names of all adults in group (plus nationality, date & place of birth for non-French nationals) / Noms complets de tous les adultes du groupe (ainsi que la nationalité, la date et le lieu de naissance pour les ressortissants non français).
Full names and ages of all children in group (plus nationality, date & place of birth for non-French nationals) / Noms et âges complets de tous les enfants du groupe (ainsi que la nationalité, la date et le lieu de naissance pour les ressortissants non français)
